Monthly Challenge

Here is the  Monthly Challenge for November, 2014.

Anyone can take and complete the Challenge. It can be done anytime between the first and last day of the month and can be repeated as many times as desired to improve a person’s score.

5 RFT:

1 x Rope climb to 15 ft
2 x back squats (225/155)
3 x Squat Snatch (115/85)
4 x Hand stand push-ups

5 RFT of:

1 x Deadlift (315/175)
2 x Box Jumps (30/24)
3 x Squat Cleans (165/115)
4 x Chest-to-Bar pull-ups

For Time and Load:

1. Run 1 mile

2. Row 2k, damper set to No Lower Than 8

3. 30 x Hand Release Push-ups

4. 40 x Pull-ups

5. 50 x deadlifts (post load with time)
